The first 5 minutes are free in select locations. After that, users are charged a default fee for their first hour and a small fee for every subsequent hour, capped at a daily maximum. Exact pricing is displayed before rental and is subject to location and venue.

How do I return a power bank?
Power banks can be returned to any PowerPal station—whether it's the one you rented from or another in the network. Just push it back into an empty slot.

What devices are supported?
Each power bank comes with built-in cables for iPhone (Lightning), Type-C, and Micro-USB—supporting 99% of smartphones and many other small devices.

Is it safe to use PowerPal chargers?
Yes. All power banks undergo strict safety checks and are certified for public use. Each unit is tracked and maintained regularly.
